Our Teams At Work
Our teams, which are strategically placed throughout the UK, are managed by a senior engineer. All our senior engineers have been with the company for over four years.
We have a comprehensive training program for all employees. This starts with an induction program and continues with both on site learning as well as written and verbal tests.
As part of the ongoing training, we ensure that all staff are trained in all aspects of their role. This covers areas such as Health & Safety, Risk & Method statements and COSHH data of products.
We know that our teams are our greatest asset, therefore we reinvest 10% of our net profit into specialist training for our team members. Training undertaken includes critical areas like Confined Spaces, Roped Access and Hygiene.
As part of the companies working philosophy, we believe that investment in our teams enables us to maintain consistently good working practices and standards. It has also kept our staff turnover extremely low, in an industry where this is not the norm.
